Hospitality by tradition

Here since more than 700 years hospitality has a honorable tradition. The ancient farmhouse along the former salt road between Munich and Wasserburg developed over the centuries into the romantic Hotel with its typical Munich style beergarden.

In 1859 during church anniversary the famous writer Wilhelm Busch stayed in our house. Since 1863 the hotel, restaurant and own butchery is owned by the Obermaier family. The landmarked estate is located in the historic center of Munich-Trudering and is still close to the heart of „Germany' s secret capital“.

Since the extensive renovation and enlargement in the year 2000 Markus Obermaier is leading the traditional hotel in the 5th generation.
